Terms and Conditions

1. The Front Page is under all circumstances an index.html of an existing (paid for) internet domain and not of a (free) subdomain or a blog.

2. The publisher - Riviera Rentals Online - is not responsible for the quality or desirability of the holiday home. The publisher will - where appropriate - advise the owner of the holiday home on how to improve the quality and desirability of his property, or reject the contract if the quality and desirability of the holiday home can not meet the standards.

3. The contract is valid for one year. Renewal is only possible with the consent of both the client and the publisher.

4. Client has the right of participating in the design of the Front Page where the technical capabilities of the publisher allow this and the prestige of the publisher is not impaired.

5. Client has no right to participate in the design or the content of other webpages in the domain.

6. If an availability calender is used on the Front Page, it's client's resonsibility to keep the calendar updated, or to provide the accurate data.

7. Client has at all times the right to withdraw from the contract. A refund however is no option.

8. The publisher will use all the legal and proper means to promote the Front Page, like search engine optimization and internet marketing.

9. The publisher will send client a monthly report about the statistics of the Front Page.

10. Client will pay the full amount of € 998 (nine hundred and ninety-nine euros) prior to the installation and publishing of the Front Page.
